Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority covers the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program for Fairfax County and the Cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. Individuals can apply at the properties which have project based voucher units. Each property has its own waitlist that is coordinated with the FCRHA’s housing choice voucher waitlist.
