Arlington County’s Housing Information Center

Arlington County’s Housing Information Center keeps a list of units that were built, acquired or renovated with County funds as part of their financing and are therefore required to set aside a certain number of affordable units designated to remain at below market rates. Some properties include units set aside as affordable as a community benefit through the special exception site plan process. Units are set aside for low- or moderate- income households at varying levels of affordability. Many of these apartment complexes have waiting lists for affordable units.
