Deep Subsidy - Federally Assisted

Some multifamily apartment complexes participate in federal programs that are subsidized through programs that allow eligible households to pay 30% of their income for rent. The subsidy is assigned to the unit, and is available only while the individual or family lives at that property. Households cannot take the rental subsidy with them if they move. These programs are administered directly at each property, and interested persons should contact individual properties for information on availability or waiting lists. Individuals do not necessarily need to live and/or work in the jurisdiction where the property is in order to access this housing.
